Delivery and payment

We arrange industrial equipment delivery across Kazakhstan and agree the lead time, payment and handover method before confirmation.

Delivery

Orders can be shipped by transport company or courier, or collected in Astana. Cost and timing depend on destination, weight and dimensions.

The standard target for made-to-order items is 14–20 business days. The exact date is confirmed after availability is checked.

Standard terms are 100% prepayment or an individually agreed 70/30 schedule. Legal entities receive contractual and closing documents.

Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and are stated in the supply documents. Claims are processed under the applicable agreement.
