Orders can be shipped by transport company or courier, or collected in Astana. Cost and timing depend on destination, weight and dimensions.
Delivery and payment
We arrange industrial equipment delivery across Kazakhstan and agree the lead time, payment and handover method before confirmation.
Lead time
Lead time is calculated for the exact product, variant, quantity, confirmed availability and route. The agreed date is recorded in the commercial and contractual documents.
Payment
Payment stages are agreed for the specific supply and recorded in the invoice and contract. The applicable accounting and handover documents are specified in the commercial materials.
Warranty
Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and are stated in the supply documents. Claims are processed under the applicable agreement.
